Southdown trade topped at 900gns at Worcester on Saturday (10 August), with a shearling ram from Jonathan Long’s Chaileybrook flock, Bishops Frome, Herefordshire.
The 2019 National Southdown Show attracted a record number of entries from a record number of breeders, some of whom had travelled many miles to compete in this year’s National Show.
